Everyone is super excited for the Sony PlayStation 5 and it seems like the PS5 pre orders are sold out everywhere. None of the big retailers have any pre orders available and it seems like gamers and die hard Sony PlayStation fans are frustrated with the whole scenario.

Retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Walmart, and GameStop are not only all sold out of PS5 pre orders, but they’re facing a bigger issue: BOTS. Looks like PlayStation fans try to get their hands on the PS5 console when pre orders have gone live, but, bots have beat them to the punch.

A bot can linger on a PS5 product page at some of these retailers and when the PS5 goes on sale, the bots jump right in and buy as many consoles as possible in seconds. They’re transactions are automatic and they beat CAPTCHAS and use proxies to bypass the PS5 console limit per household.
